I think many of us just tire of swiming in the liberal cesspools! We have to get a days rest on NeoCon island where the air is pure and the light is golden!

I left this board ages ago because it seems a large segment of the population here can't seem to distinguish between a Republican and a Conservative (some of the right-wing zealots here are embarassing too though). If you agree with anything Bush has done at any time you are labeled as a jack-booted, baby-killing, hater of the poor, bigoted, evil neocon, and crusader for Republicans-For-Bush.

I love a good political discussion, hell, I damn near graduated with a degree in Political Science. Unfortunately, an anonymous message board is not a good place for an intelligent political debate.

Edit: I do drop in every now and again just to see how things are going and drop the occasional comment.

lets see .... people switched their positions after hearing Bush speak???

How many switched positions on abortion here? gay marriage? immigration? terror? Iraq?

There may be more support for Kerry here, but people's positions remain the same
