Yes, it's at this point I sit and wonder how to explain this moment in history to future generations. To which I reply... we are only mortal, and trickle down has done its damage. People are desperate for anything, even a narcissistic con man. When the Reagan era ended the greatness of America, it took this long to truly feel the effects. Alpha male business bigwigs just can't grasp the notion that people in DC don't work for them, have no reason to show loyalty, do what they think will get them re-elected, and don't consider it their job to please the White House. Impressing and intimidating flunkies may have got them ahead in their own businesses, but DC wasn't built that way. They don't understand the Constitution was designed to prevent self-entitled monarchs from achieving power.
