It's a road course in Mexico, so he probably knew the track better than anyone else. Don't expect a repeat win in Las Vegas, though.

Road Course. It will be interesting to see how he does at Watkins Glen and Infineon, especially if he drives in the Cup Races there.

Him spinning Pruit was a case of his inexperience driving the bigger Stock Cars instead of the nimble F1 machines. He had the best car on the track yesterday and fresher tires than Pruit and would have passed his teamate if he would have shown a little patience. I was kind of hoping for another Cale Yarborough/ Donny Allison incident after the race.

Said actually is running in about half the Cup races this year

FWIW, this was not a Cup race. It was the Busch series which is the "junior" series to Nextel Cup. Very few of the big name Cup drivers were in the Mexico race.

Well the only regular Cup Drivers that are really good @ road courses that weren't in this race were Jeff and Robbie Gordon and Tony Stewart.

What a slap in the face. Pruett and Montoya were codrivers at the 24hrs at Daytona in the Rolex Sports car series.
