I don't know if anyone has watched the movie Monster's Ball or not but it is an academy award winning movie. But I think it is nearly the worse movie I have ever seen. I watched it last night for the first time and I can't believe how much of a waste of time it was for me. I think it definately would've been the worst movie ever had it not been for the nearly porno seen in the middle with Halle Berry and Billy Bob Thorton! I thought the movie was a great idea but terribly played out ... not saying the acting was poor but that the way the movie was carried out was just terrible. I just had to vent my frustrations as I just couldn't believe how much it made me feel like I spent an hour and 50 mins wasting my time! Please respond and if you like the movie sorry but I think it sux!
 
I felt like I wasted an hour or two watching it also....and the ending totally sucked....if there was an ending that is. (seemed like nothing was resolved to me)
 
I voted that it was great based completely on the fact that Halle Berry moans like a wh@re and begs for it.
I'd have even rewound it and watched it again if it hadn't had Billy Bob Thorton in it.
Anybody besides him.
Frankly it pisses me off a little that he gets to feel up Halle.
That should be me, d@mmit.

yup, totally lame. didn't care about the characters, the story is kinda sh*tty, and that was the least sexy sex ever.

i thought the ending was way too obvious...lets see, billy bob likes his coffee BLACK...he likes CHOCOLATE ice cream...i wonder how he likes his women? a little too heavy handed...

this was a very bad movie with poor acting all across the board...halle berry's role was overplayed and i felt embarassed for her...just cos a movie is sad and tragic doesn't mean it's good....i'm glad people around here also think this movie was unwatchable

 
This is one of the few movies where I thought the academy award winner, berry, actually sucked.

Its one thing to not agree with who was the best performer of the year, its another thing when you think the winning performance actually truly sucked.

The movie sucked too.
