Monster Fusion Vs. GeForce2 MX...Tech specs

Can someone with some technical expertise in the area of graphics cards give me the specifics on what makes the GeForce2 MX better than the Monster Fusion card.

(NOTE: I know they are worlds appart in performance, but I'd like to see just what differences there are and how they will affect performance. Thanks for any input.)

The GeForce2 MX has the following added features compared to the Voodoo Banshee (in the Monster Fusion). This is not a complete list.

Speed: T&L support, and about 700MT/s theoretical fill rate, compared to 100MT/s of the Banshee (real world difference may be lower).

32-bit frame buffer
24-bit Z buffer with 8 bit stencil
Large texture support (Banshee limited to 256x256)
Bump mapping and other per pixel lighting effects
Cubic env mapping

I just replaced a Monster Fusion with a GeForce2 MX and there is no comparison. The MX blows the MF totally away.

Hey, Dkozloski, if you don't mind me asking...what are your system specs. What games are you playing too? This will give me a better idea if the geforce mx is for me.

Asus K7M, slotA Tbird 900@1100, 128Megs Corsair PC100 mem, Adaptec 2940UW, 2 9gig Seagate 10k Cheetahs, SyQuest 1.5gig SyJet, NEC 40x CDROM, Pioneer 303s DVD, Yamaha 8424s CD/RW, Super-Micro SC-750A case, MouseSystems PS/2 optical mouse, Visiontek GeForce2 MX overclocked to 195&215.
3D Mark2000 with the Monster Fusion was about 1600, GeForce2 MX is 5600+.

KeDaWei you don`t need a fast processor like a 900T-bird, even around a 533 celeron etc it does pretty well,I got mine 12 hours ago ,games that I have had time to play are ,Xcom- ufo enemy unknown,Tachyon the Fringe,Might & Magic 8,Stark Trek -Elite forces(demo) all work great on my Via board(MSI-K7T PRO BOARD).
