This week at Compusa, Monsoon 6-piece MH-505' are on sale for $119. Originally 179 - 30 instan - 30 mail in.

Enjoy

i have the Monsoon myself, not the 6 piece, just 2 speakers and a sub. I personally like them alot since don't turn my music up all the way, i live in a old town house and i don't want to annoy my neighbors. THey are great quality speaker!

I have a pair or monsoon speakers with a sub and must say that the quality of them is superb! I don't have the 6 pair, but I would imagine it would be of the same quality level.

The rebate is good anywhere, not just at CompUsa. EDIT- I tried and failed to copy the link from the CompUsa site to here. It expires 2/24.

Perhaps others can find a better price. I had a better price a few weeks back, but they've gone way up.

<< Does anyone know how they compare to the Logitech Z560's or the Klipsch Promedia's??? >>

The THX speakers are in a whole different league. I personally own the 560s, and I love them 🙂 Basically, you pay for what you get.

*sigh* You are right.

This has been one of those weekends...

I read the fine print at the bottom of the rebate, and didn't bother with the obvious stuff at the top. The rebate I have is good on three different speakers however. MH-502 or 505 and MM-702.

The MH-505's have better balance and a more natural response, but the Z-560's can blow out windows if you want them to, plus the bass is unreal if you crank it up. We're talking floor vibrations, wall vibrations, windows rattling, the whole nine yards! 😉

If you are a true audiophile, get the MH-505's. For everyone else, the Z-560's will blow you away, and for less than $200 they're a great deal. 🙂
