Monoprice is awesome

I bought the 4way component cable for Wii, PS3, Xbox360, PS2 because the "PS3/PS2 only" one was OOS. 4way costed 2$ more than 2way

So 2 weeks later, I recieve the 2way one and asked them wtf? I emailed them, they replied back.

And within no time they called me back and I was like either return some of my money (I wanted the 2 way anyways) or we can crossship to get the real one back.

They were like no, we will just send you the right one and keep the other.

So I basically got two things for 1

I concur with this addition. I had a keyboard that was missing keys - not due to a manufacturing defect or anything - but due to being tossed in a box and mishandled. I called them up and expressed a desire to purchase a few replacement keys and they didn't hesitate to just RMA the whole desktop set and send me out a new one at no charge. :thumbsup:

Monoprice is indeed awesome. I've been using them for several years now and haven't one had a negative experience.

My only complaint is that they are only on the west coast... i wish they had multiple warehouses as I live on the east coast and anything I order from them takes 5 days

but their speed, customer service, and prices makes them awesome!

I just about a month ago placed my first order from Monoprice for some cables. Definitely cheap and quick. So far no problems, but glad to hear their customer service is good if needed.

Screw monoprice!!!!!!! They suck! I went into best buy and bought a LCD wall mount for $150 and a super quality 15' HDMI cable for $100. What would monoprice do for me?

I always do their cheap shipping which is always USPS for me with takes FOREVER from Monoprice, but it's cheap and so am I so I can wait.

That's one company that would certainly not go on my list... I have tons of Logitech hardware in my closet that is now useless due to their lack of updated drivers for newer versions of Windows.

I'd put Amazon and Netflix on my list, though... their support is excellent.
