I know I'll never win but I love playing the McDonalds Monopoly game. At least you get those little $1 BestBuy things.

Monopoly pieces are available on the above two plus 3 & 5 piece chicken selects, certain soft drinks, and Hash Browns.

I remember when you used to get pieces on almost every item they sold...

i never go to McD's anymore. i love that new buffalo chicken sandwich. geesh the last thing i had was a filet-o-fish. mushy fishy cheesy goodness!

Those contests are so lame. I saved up a few best buy bucks and they expired before the contest even ended. What a crock.

What I want:
- $2 for 2 Big Macs
- $1 Fish O Filet
- $2.99 20 piece nuggets

been forever since they had any of those. :(

Filet o fish is $1 here...and nuggets are $1 for 5, which I think is decent.

And if you do the mailin thing, it costs $0.74 for the two stamps) and you re guaranteed at least $1 in Best BUy Bucks. Might just go buy some stamps and see how that goes. But you have to hand-write all the envelopes I guess. heh. But it's more fun to actually go there.

Oh I have evil memories of the McDonalds Monopoly Game.

Cue Music Again....As I try not to lose my sanity. Thanks for bringing back the memories.

The Story goes like this. About 8 years ago when I was in HS, my best friend returned from a field trip where they stopped at McD's while the monopoly game goes on. I was not there. Some kid with him says "hey look, you got boardwalk!" Thinking little of it, my friend tells me later that he has boardwalk but no parkplace. I hadn't played the game, but mentioned it to some friends and my dad who tells some people. Well, naturally, one of them has parkplace and they wanna share the winnings of a million bucks and get all excited. I go back to my friend's place and he can't find his monopoly board. He thinks his mom prolly threw it out. So my dad and I go to the dumpster near the local grocery looking for a supposedly thrown out boardwalk. We don't find it. Later my friend finds the board, with parkplace on the boardwalk square, the other kid was just fooling around being an idiot.

There is only one boardwalk and my friend did not have it.

The whole experience still makes me mad and prolly will until I die.

Fsck McDonalds and their stupid monopoly game. Rather ironic, if you think about it.
