Monkey Island 2

Last night I got to thinking of my favourite past games I've ever played (console and PC). I thought high and low and finally realized the best story, gameplay and graphics (at the time) for a game was Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge (I think thats how it is spelt).

Has anyone else played these games (four in the series)? I'm trying to find a nice used copy on eBay 😉 I suggest giving it a try if you haven't,

Did anyone ever play 3 or 4 (the 3D one)? Was it any good?

i have played all of them and they were all great i loved all the lucasfilms in that genre whihc has sadly disappeared

maniac mansion
zak mckraken and the alien mindbenders
day of the tentacle
the dig
sam and max
full throttle
monkey island

While great games, they are in very different categories. You can't compare them.

If the category is best game ever then all categories should be able to participate 😛

p.s. Just for the record, I luved the Largo Embargo, when Guybrush gets owned upside down. :laugh: Most tedious though is the Herman Toothrot maze sh1t. :disgust:
