I have a very nice 15",which is small yes but has very good refresh rates and resolution, and it is running with a Geforce mx 440.
I want to get a GeForce FX 5900 ultra or ATI radeon 9800 pro during the summer and the obivously the Monitor aint goin cut it.
Do you really need a DVI monitor , what size would you advise me to get as well

Are you planning on getting an LCD or a CRT? DVI applies only to LCDs; all CRTs use a standard DB15 (VGA) connector. Personally, I would get at least a 19". A CRT of that size can be had for a pretty good price if you just look around; the price of an LCD of that size would be a different story.

By the way, if you ever screw up posting something, you can edit your original post (as long as you're logged in at the time). You don't have to start a new thread.

To answer Shooters, I dont care which one i get i just want something i know will work with the FX 5900 ultra or ATI radeon pro and will work for 2 years. Them cards aint cheap, so the whole package will have to last.
So if i 19" VGA will work grand with them cards and i can play any game, thats ok. But i really have to know that it will work

Yes, a good 19'' will work fine in games. There are many to choose from. I have had three different 19'' on my 9700pro, and they were all fine. My current one is an AOC 19'' flat screen that I paid $218 for (local, no shipping, that will kill you on monitors)
