Monitoring VRAM usage?

Is there a utility out there that can report how much VRAM is being used in real time? Sort of like how RivaTuner can report temps, clocks, and GPU usage in a graph, but for VRAM instead. I seem to recall something from years back, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work with Vista and/or with modern GPUs.

I know that Rivatuner used to do this. Back when I still had my 6600gt I could monitor Vidmem usage. Check and see if it's still and available option, it's probably there, but you just don't have it enabled.

It doesn't work with Vista/7 due to the way the OS handles the memory IIRC. I would think 1GB VRAM should be enough to not worry though.
