Monitoring Temps

What is a good program to monitor system temps while in the OS. I have my bios one but i'd rather do a time vs temp comparison. I have a SOYO KT-400 Dragon Ultra Platinum Edition (wow that's a long mobo title) and it has the bios temperature readouts, but nothing for while in the OS.
 
Go to the link below and d/l Motherboard Monitor 5 (MBM5). It's a free proggie which will display this infor in your task bar etc.

yea i just discovered that...i ran Far Cry to see what it would bring my on die temp up to...71! My AS5 needs to get here fast. 40C case temp 🙂
