I wouldn't turn off the water, mainly because it's worked fine thus far; what's another 3 weeks? There's tons of stuff you /could/ do that would make things marginally more secure, but it really isn't worth the hassle imo. Check your camera every so often, and enjoy your time away. The house will most likely be intact when you return.
