I have a 15 inch monitor i was given. But it seems to have a slight problem.
When you turn it on it works but the pictureseems to jump all over the screen.
What would cause this?
It does the same thing one several computers it has been connected to.
 
It might be a bad cable but in any case, it is broken. Repairing it will probably cost more than replacing it.
 
The vertical control is not ok.
Some of that have a adjust screw on the back or under.
Try to find it and make adjustment.
Otherwise that have to be done inside monitor.
Then it belongs to some technical people.
