Whenever my monitor goes into power saver mode or if i just press the power button to turn it off it starts making this high pitched whine. i'm assuming its the capacitors but is it bad? i have to unplug it and the capacitors discharge and it finally quits. perhaps its always done it and i never noticed it until recently. is this a warning that my monitor might die soon?
