Monitor upgrade question(s)

I am upgrading from a Samsung 22" T220. My head is wrecked trying to figure out a worthy upgrade. For the past 2 weeks I have been looking at 23" IPS 16:9 1920x1080 monitors. I finally found one but then found that regarding real estate, its tiny.

So, the only 24" I can find are also 1920x1080 TN panels. Whats confusing me is...

TN 24" @ 16:9

IPS 23" @ 16:9
OR double the price and really pushing the budget:
TN 24" 1920x1200

The last option is to ditch the monitor upgrade for now and wait for a Korean monitor thats sold locally and hopefully cheaper next year (I wont buy through e-bay and they are out of my budget anyway).

I wanted more pixels to justify a better graphics card, but then it went to IPS v 120Hz, and now its size. I just want a better monitor then my 22" TN 🙁

300 Euro is the price of the 24" and is the max budget. The 23" 16:9 IPS monitors are 170 Euro, much cheaper and might be the difference between a 7850 and a 7950.
