Monitor Up side down

One of my friend's monitor is showing upside down images. What may be the reason?
any suggestions?

If he has intel integrated video there is a hotkey CTRL-ALT (arrow) that will rotate the screen. Correct orientation would be CTRL-ALT-(Up Arrow). Try hitting that key combination. If he has an Nvidia or ATI it is a different keystroke - I only know the Intel one off the top of my head.

Maybe he's typing upside down?

If someone is playing a joke on him, they may have gone into the control panel and rotated the image 180 degrees.

I know you can rotate 90 degrees, but I've never tried 180.
