my monitor is messed up
the top third of the image has been folded back over the bottom two thirds, so that you can see through the bottom two thirds and see the folded back top third of the image

none of the menu adjustments can posibly fix this

what is wrong with my monitor... or is it my computer

is my monitor just broken?
