I've read the monitor thread, it seems dated but I don't know much about monitors so excuse my ignorance.

I'm using a XFX HD 6870 DD GPU

Games I will be playing on it are Diablo 3 when it hits, Asherons Call, maybe a few FPS.

I'll also be doing video editing on occassion.

Any suggestion on what I should throw some cash down on would help.

Is there any particular reason you want a smaller screen? 23-24" screens only cost a few dollars more, and there is a larger variety of them on the market.

I really like the design of the Gateway but looks are not as important as price/quality.
