monitor stays black

when i click on a particular game demo (aoeII)that I dl, the monitor dose that clicking noise but then it gose black and stays there
even if i try to reboot, or shut the monitor on and off over again it still stays black

the only way it gose back to normal is if i shut down for a while

does this sound like its related to a bugy game demo, bad monitor, or a bad video card
 
Send me an email. I may be able to trouble shoot this for you with a little more thorough explanation. Does it only do this with the particular app you are running, or others as well?

it did not do this in the beginning and dose not happen all the time but about fifty percent of the time when load the demo.

I dont care if its from the game, i just dont want the monitor or video card to start to be going as I can always get rid of the game
