monitor shuts off randomly

The problem is that the monitor randomly shuts off. I haven't noticed this problem until i recently ran adobe premier and went to windows video capture settings, and it happened for the first time. This problem seems to often occur when a "video" program is running. I have tried out different monitors, different video card, and still same problem. I have flashed bios for mobo and video card, and even reformatted the hard drive. Still no results. I am beyond the point of frustration. I have a feeling its the motherboard or the cpu, or maybe even the hard drive. But I have never encountered such an isanely difficult problem. Perhaps there is some compatablity problem i didn't know about? Look at my system specs and please help
 
i might add that you cannot turn the monitor back on once it shuts off, but the system is still running in the back round. And no suspend settings are turned on! please help

Only with those application?
Only after a certain period of time?
Does the monitor gets hotter than usual?
