Monitor Screen Shaking, what's causing it?

Hey guys, I've got a problem with my monitor screen trembling. Now, I know it's not the monitor or the computer because I've switched both of them (I've got a completely different setup than I did when I moved into my apartment a few months ago). So, with a complete different monitor, and a completely different computer, I'm still having the same problem. Anyone know what could be causing this? One suggestion was that it could be that the power in my room is not full strength. Another suggestion was that something electrical could be causing this but I've unplugged my stereo and every other electrical device in the room and it doesn't help. As it gets colder I've also noticed that the shaking gets far worse when the heater comes on. Anyone know what this could be?

The electric motor in your heater is the suspect. Or anything else that creates a magnetic field. Flourecent lamps, speakers, TV set, another monitor, fans motors, etc.

I had exact problem and it has nothing wrong with your monitor, its electric problem not enought power going to your monitor, after I moved to different place everything was fine
