Hi guys, some advices needed here.
Yesterday, I didn't turn off my monitor when I left home. then when I came back home, I smell something burnt, and obviously it was from my monitor. The monitor itself show an error. After that, I turned off my Computer quickly.
20 minutes later I reopened my computer, The monitor still work, but some part of the screen become blur. and the other problem is I always smell something burnt from my monitor.
The problem is, can I replace this monitor? it is an 17" CRT monitor Sampo KM-718Q. I bought this monitor 3 months ago. Will the manufacturer repair or replace my monitor for this problem? I still have the warranty.
