monitor problem? what the heck is this? maybe video card. .

brand new monitor, pixie, theres like a triple ghost to the right of every thing, have seen this on other monitors, any one know what it is? why its caused. could it be the video card? could it be noise in the cable? the monitors menu appears fine so i dont think its the monitor.

I have seen the same the slowly develop on older monitors. sounds like that may be it, but i just got it today, so i can swap it out tomorow

Poor cables will do it.. does this have one of those cables that unscrews at both ends? My boss was sent a 21" from a guy he knew, supposedly all original, but he ended up with a cheap-as-hell 10' vga cable that did (if I remmeber correctly) blur and triple ghost the image.

Depending on the manufacturer of the monitor they usually offer a next day replacement! Iiyama do i know that!

Make sure the monitor supports the resolution and refresh rate that your vid card is set for. I had a cheap ass monitor once that didnt support over 60MHz refresh rate.
