Monitor problem ........... ViewSonic A90f (a slight flashing)

Bought this monitor from BestBuy 4-12-02 ........... Also purchased the $50. 3yr warranty 😉
ViewSonic 19" A90f

It flashes bright to dim but it's barely noticeable . You can only really notice it on dark grey or black screens .
It's like you set the brightness up a notch real quick & set back . (bright , dim , bright , dim) . Similar to a low refresh rate flash .
Just noticed it a few days ago btw .

The video card I use is aging (I'm in the process of building a new rig) as it's a GeForce 2 GTS 32mb Elsa .

Anyone have any ideas or have input on premature monitor failure signs ?

if you have the high dollar warranty, just take it back and get a new one 😉 it's much easier than worring about what's wrong with it.

I did'nt know how the BestBuy warranty worked ? ? I can just take it back & replace it with a new one ? Sounds too easy to me .
Can I take this one back & replace with the newer A90f+ ?

Anyone experienced in Best Buy knowledge , please list my options 🙂
