monitor problem, possibly my KVM switch?

i have 2 comps hooked up through a KVM switch(belkin omnicube)
my one computer is fine. but when i switch to my second, the screen is "jittery". i just installed win2k server on the second. When i boot win98 SE on it., its not (as) jittery. it is VERY very slightly, but in win2k..the jumpyness is noticeable.
I have a MAG DJ700 monitor.
Any ideas?
