Ok guys. I am moving my comp around and need to figure the best way to get my monitor in the best position (god if my english teacher read that, she would die =) Ok, so heres my problem. I have a 19" SyncMaster955sl and I know that for best effect and everthing it looks best so that you look *slightly* up to see it. It shouldn't be level or below, (I know this from the half of year looking at it this way). My problem is I do not have any desks or tables that would provide the monitor to be higher. Even though it is probably the lightest and smallest 19" out there, (being the "sl") I am still afraid really to put anything under it. I don't want it to look tacky either. So I really am at a loss, and having no real thoughts, I turn to you guys, the anandtech'ers that have experianced EVERY possible problem ever, including the mundane probs like mine =). Well any suggestions, send them this way. Thnx alot.

Less neck muscle strain when head is mildly flexed (tilted down). Less eye muscle strain when eyes, also, are looking slightly down. Monitor tilted down is less likely to reflect ceiling and window lighting into your eyes. Given the size and nature of monitors and keyboards, it's impossible to completely satisfy all three, but that's the principle.
