anyone can help me with this problem?
I cleaned a dust on my CPU, after cleaning I open my computer, but it shows in monitor "no signal" i regularly clean my CPU but this last cleaning I got that problem, no beep at all, I tried almost what I read on forums such as:

-reset bios
-replacing and put the ram on other socket
-reassembling cpu
-I tried other power supply
-I tried other monitor
-holding the power button for 30secs-1min
-I cleaned all socket
-I put the VGA directly onboard
-I changed the CMOS

all fan are working and HDD is running(I heard the disk is spinning inside)is there any possible defect on my unit?

mobo-ASUS P8z77-V LK
VGA-sapphira HD 7770 GHz dition
psu- cougar ST 500
RAM-8gb (4x2)
HDD-320gb
processor-i5 3570

I only used for 1yr and 2months, and its out of warranty

my friend says he think its a motherboard problem, I tried higher wattage of PSU because we're thinking that my current PSU can't supply my CPU. Hopefully anyone can help me with my problem.

You tried both vga and dvi cord?
Your PC beeps when it posts? Do you hear the beep? Windows startup sound?
When you say you cleaned the CPU, you mean you did open the case?
If not, I tend to agree with your friend. It seems like the motherboard is not working.
There might also be some dust or something causing a short. You could blow it over with some compressed air.

yes i tried dvi and vga, still not working, I used vacuum blower, that's what I used in cleaning, is there any difference on vacuum blower and compressed air? and i am worried about my unit, hoping RAM,VGA,PSU,PROCESSOR,HDD not damaged

This don't sound to good.did you try to boot without the ram and see if you get at least something out of it.Cause this sounds like the Mobo is gone
Vacuum cleaner are very bad for static.

I tried to run my computer outside the case, and its running properly but when i assemble again, still monitor no signal

That tells me that something is disconnected between the case and the mobo.

When you reinstall the board in the case, make sure all the standoffs match up with the mounting holes. Also, start by reinstalling only the motherboard, one DRAM module and the video card. Try starting the machine in this configuration. If it works, power down and start adding back your other parts a few at a time with reconnecting the boot drive being last.

If you have reset the CMOS memory, if the system won't boot you may have to reset the SATA mode from IDE/legacy to AHCI.
