What is a good mount for dual 22 inch 16:9 Samsung monitors? They are pretty heave (maybe 3 pounds each)

I found this image in google and this mount is ideal for a 16:9 Samsung monitor.Monitor stands are available with an adjustable tilt and it is constructed out of steel and aluminum and the monitor can be tilted and also rotated.

If your monitor has VESA mounting holes, you can use any VESA-compatible third-party mount/stand.
