Question Monitor is over-scanning

I have a 2 monitor set-up. Yesterday, one monitir went south. I tried to switch to a single monitor set up using my NVidia card software. Was somewhat successful as I could access the open program I needed that was on the broken monitor. However, for some reason, my working monitor started to over-scan so that the right side is about 20% over the edge of the monitor and that portion is inaccessible. Left side is properly lined up. Resolution is at highest point, so that didn't help me.

I am using WIN 7. Found another monitor I had, so am back to a 2 screen set-up, with replacement monitor as my main unit, but the other monitor (now secondary) is still over-scanning. Thanks for any help.
