Monitor causing interference?

I've connected my Radeon 8500LE to my TV. It works ok although I notice there are lines of interference that go across the screen whenever I use the TV-Out. They go away when the monitor is off though.

Is there any way to fix this?

put the TV farther away or at a height that is different than your rig? i know that subwoofers or other unshielded devices should not be placed in close proximity to a comp. random idea.

I don't think that's it. The monitor doesn't cause interference all the time, just when the PC is outputing to the TV and only when they're both on. I can work on my monitor and stll have a clean TV picture otherwise. It's almost as if the monitor signal is bleeding through the Radeon and into the TV-Out.

That's pretty unfortunate because the GeForce 2 I had didn't do that. 🙁
