Monitor Advice - 19"

Hey all, I need a recommendation for a good replacement monitor - I've been using LCDs for the past two years, and the 60hz refresh has just killed my eyes. So I sold my Planar 17.4" viewable and am seeking a really nice 19" CDT/CRT with dual inputs (ie: DVI+DSub15) and is FLATSCREEN. Apature Grill vs. Shadow Mask... I'd prefer AG.

Right now my top choice is a Samsung 900NF - but it only has one input, and it's DSub. Anyone know much about Sonys? If I have to settle for one input I'd like DVI at least.

Thanks all!

If you want really nice, I have been eye-balling a 21" trinitron that is retail at 800. However, I have found it for under 3 brand new.
Muahahaha, I will not tell u where. 🙂 (just do some searching) 20X15 at 75hz owns

Definitely the Samsung 959NF, it's one of the best 19" crts out there!
I have one and have compared it to other well-reviewed crts at work (e.g. Dell P991, lyiama etc.) and think, that this one is teh best.

Del P992 is an updated version of the 991, I have a 991 that works beautufilly, 1600 x 1200 @ 85. I love it to bits.
$379 from www.dell.com
AG, flat Sony Trinitron FD tube, easy on the eyes.

I'd definitely go for the Samsung 900NF as it offers unparalleled quality at a reasonable price! Don't be a Sony wh0re, as they charge a price premium for their name. I own a 900NF so I'm just a wee bit biased 🙂

the 955 DF (Samsung) would be a good choice as well, as it's extreme value if you want to go the more budget minded route

i went with the $390 (shipped) 19" trinitron from newegg... has dual inputs (both d-sub, but i needed this nonetheless)
