I am receiving a MO from Italy, does anyone know what I the other party has to do to get the MO in US money? Where can he get one?
 
An bigger bank should be able to write out an international money order that he pays for in his currency that you can cash in here the states for USD.
 
there's always western union.

though not the best method of money transfer.

why not do a direct transfer from bank to bank?

This is for Ebay. I told the guy I would accept a MO, but it has to be in US dollars.
