I sold something on Ebay and the guy sent me a MO as payment.
He made it payable to me, but did NOT sign it, nor did he put his address in the space provided.

I assume I have to mail it back to him right? Or is there anything else I can do?
 
Nope, not necessary. Money orders are like cash. As long as your name is in the payable field then that's all that matters.
