This applies to MonarchComputer in Tucker, GA.
I spec'd a new workstation for myself late in July and my company ordered it from Monarch with an order date of 7/28/2005. It is an X2 4400+ system with (afaict) all components in stock - for several days now - since the 4400+ OEM arrived a few days ago).
It's status is stuck on 2/6 and has been since a day or two after the order was placed.
They do not seem to respond to status requests nor are they sending emails to advise of any delays. If the online status is current, I do not see how they can comply with the 8-13 days normal ship date on a new build.
I called - was told I would get a callback - did not happen.
I emailed for a status update - no reply.
OK, I did not rush this fro $175 more. I have a quote at Monsrch for a home workstation very similar to my work workstation I think they are building. I am hesitant to push the buy button.
Anyone else had custom system troubles with MonarchComputer?
Thanks,
Ron
