That 63 (assuming Celsius) seems very high temp. Check both the fan and thermal paste to make sure it's in working condtion. What's your room or amibient temp? My current x64 3500+ only shows 42-45c @ load and room temp is 79-80F. You may use Artic Freezer or Zalman to cool it down a bit.
BTW, my new x2 3800+ is in "Packed" status all day @ ZZF (ordered last night)

zzf by the end of this day if not shipped will not have me as a customer again...dealt with smaller and noted by most on here as shadier vendors who have all shipped quicker than this if not emails about why not shipped were at least sent but this situation w/zzf is bs 🙁
