Depends. What were you paying before, for what speed, and what are you paying now, for what speed, and how is the customer service, and how reliable is the connection, and did you have to spend a crapton of money on new hardware, and so on?

I love FIOS. Only had 1 problem with it and that was when the back up battery in the box went bad. Lasted 5 years before going bad. FIOS tech was out the next day to replace it. At the new house we have no FIOS service. Bright House only. I miss FIOS. Superior to Bright House IMO. Service may be different in different regions possibly. I live in the Tampa Bay area.
