I liked reading it. Why don't you guys asking for Cliffs just scoop out your eyeballs so you won't ever have to read?

What do you think you have to do to the cliffs? read, thats right, read.
You guys wouldn't want to read Cliffs either, if you didn't have to.

reading comprehension is a wonderful thing. The lack thereof amazing. You need to read and understand the whole thing.

this isn't porn where you scan 2 lines in between the pictures people.

The RIAA are trying to hold her reponsible for file sharing done on a cancelled account months after she no longer had the computer or the account. And the judge threw said information in the lawyers face while the lawyer was trying to scare this lady into entering a settlement plea on the spot.(with the judge interrupting the lawyer several times) I'd certainly be embarrased if I was the lawyer.

Here are some cliffs in chronological order for those having difficulty understanding

1. Lady's husband takes computer (June 04)
2. Lady cancells her ISP account for computer (June 04)
3. Husband shares files using computer (Nov 04)
4. RIAA brings lady to court for files shared on what is now "husbands" computer with cancelled ISP account (paperwork filed ~Jan 05)
5. RIAA lawyer tries to fast talk lady into entering a plea (now)
6. Judge tells RIAA lawyer to shut up and expect countersuit when lady gets lawyer (now)
