Creating new posts in existing threads is taking forever and/or never completing

Hour glass spinning after clicking the Post Reply.🙁
Only 2 posts of five have completed in the last 30+ minutes.:\
some of the posts are 2-3 sentences, others contain quotes.

Someone may not have a setting properly tuned.:thumbsdown:
 
i'm guessing they shut down momentarily for a fix? when I tried to get on, the forums were down, now they are right back.
