Finally, a price drop on this gem! It doesn't seem to be a 48 hr madness deal, so it must be the official price. For those holding out for a cheaper price, wait no longer.

Decent price but too few levels in my opinion.
Worth the investment if you're a fan.

I played it. It took me 8 hours to beat it. Fun but very short and simple

I paid $25 for it during a sale at Best Buy b&m. Also bought MOHAA when it just came out for $35 with coupon from PCG mag.

I like Spearhead a lot, very good tank battles, more weapons, more diversity i.e. Russians, etc.

A bit more demanding on hardware though.

I bought that recently and paid $35 But my girlfriend picked it up for me using store credit at EB so no biggie.

The game is so much better then MOHAA, but the SP missions are just way too short. I beat it in about 6-8 hours as well. There were a few difficult missions (like the truck escape) but nothing as bad as some of the MOHAA missions (sniper town plz). And thats all on Normal difficulty. Hard difficulty will make you go insane and smash your CD's. Just don't play on easy.

MOHAAS is good for it's expanded multiplay though. The ToW games and new maps are really great. The only problem is that there is about 1/3rd the amount of people playing Spearhead then regular MOHAA. Many don't seem to think Spearhead is worth cost for such a weak expansion. But for $20, it's worth it IMO if you like MOH. Just make sure to grab the 1.11 patch as soon as you buy it. EA made a 50mb patch adding alot to the game to make buying the expansion a bit more justifyable.

It's all about the multiplayer. I bought this about a month ago and haven't even played the single player yet. The multiplayer is just too good!

I love the Team DM in Spearhead. The maps are more varied and interesting, the ability to use Flak 88's and mountable machine guns is also important to me. I find it very entertaining to hear the calls of Russian team (Since I am a Russian so I understand what they are saying)
