MOH:AA Server Question

I have a question about a non dedicated server. How do you start an objective map, and make it so when you die you come right back. Instead of, once your dead your dead. I have played on servers like this on the internet.

nevermind. i found a mod that does this.

ok, the mod didnt work. Anyone have any ideas?
