Someone by the name of Paul Hayes has emailed me claiming that he cannot register here at AT. He says that he has never registered here before, but he keeps getting a message that tells him that he has been banned when he tries to register.

He says he has tried multiple computers (work and home), and therefore different IPs, and three different email addresses: paul.hayes@us.gambro.com, gv323@yahoo.com, and gv325@yahoo.com. I'm fairly sure that Yahoo accounts have been banned, but what is wrong with the first one? Mods? Anyone?

What are the 1st 2 sets of numbers of his IP?

EX: 192.168.xxx.xxx The bannings are by IP set. He might be stuck in a range that was banned for another reason.
