Here's "not putting words into your mouth". Your school has a policy that pisses you off, you want a list of bad things that can be done to them. Not without reading an unreasonable amount between the lines, one could conclude that you intend to do something bad to them. Otherwise your post makes no sense. I don't see why that is such a leap.
