ok, about my last post on my school placing a bandwith on my internet access. even if you do send all that stuff to the school, they won't care because 1. Cornell is extremely liberal. 2. we have a lot of people speaking out against this. and 3. haven't you heard of bill of rights? you know, the thing thats a part of the US constitution? amendment #1?

constitution doesnt help you here, buddy. this is evidence of your planning to commit defacement/vandalism to your school.

bye? i hope you get the ban.

EDIT: what you said was not "speaking out". it was advocating illegal activities. in an area such as this, it would be very easy to say that another person who visited here was influenced by you to commit those crimes, and bang, you're still responsible.

do you guys read? i quote my original post: can something really bad be done to my school? it's obviously open for interpretation. but in no way or form does that imply any action on my part. so before you start putting words into my mouth, read the post again.

yes, it is open for interpretation. however, the generally reached consensus is vandalism/defacement. and that's what you're responsible for. even if you dont commit it, if the people who do came to this site prior to committing it, you are directly responsible for their actions. regardless of whether you directly advocated it (which i beleive you did) or just hinted at it, which you seem to think you did.
