Mods: Question about Linman

Was linman sent on vacation? He is getting this message when he tries to post "You have been forbidden to post/reply or edit a message in these forums." If he has been sent on a vacation, can you please inform me of why. Thanks.

He is either typing his password wrong,has changed his email addy or is posting from a banned IP.
