I can understand it with web links, but it changes all words in posts containing 'c o m' to '***'.
For example, if you type c o mputer, c o mmon, etc. in your post it gets changed to ***puter, ***mon, etc.
Seems like a daft security measure to me, since the c o m in all words (even posters' names), not just web links are changed to ***.
Surely there should be some intelligence to this censorship.
Edit: I didn't bother carrying out a search, although I looked at several pages of AT TFI, since searching for *** would bring up lots of non-applicable threads.
The censorship feature has also sensored my thread title and post (I didn't think of this when I created this thread). I've spaced out the letters to circumvent the censorship.
