Mods, please lock this so that Redwingsguy (who represents pure idiocy in these forums) cannot post in my thread anymore.

It's sickening. Why not just post to the one that's there?!

Stop asking the same stupid questions (e.g. "God or science?", "Sixers or Lakers?") and getting the same stupid answers.

Thank you Mod(s).

Why do people ask why do people continue to ask the same questions over and over again?

Some people stop by infrequently and don't realize that the topic has been discussed already. There's always the search button, but not everyone uses it.

don't you think that since December 2, 2000, all the good topics have been covered?

why do you come here?

if you expect something different to all of a sudden appear, you're setting yourself up for frustration

Old or new discussion, it's still the same one!

I for one, don't like visiting the forums when it's the same question posted on each line!

You missed my point. It may be a the same discussion, but it's new. Not everyone was around a while ago to be apart of the last discussion, so they start a new one. It's like when people re-post threads and people jump all over them for it. Half the time I missed it the first time and a lot of times I've very thankful for someone reposting it because I missed out on it before. Sure there's a search feature, but you have to know what you're looking for to find it.

Define irony part II.

"Why do people continue to ask the same questions over and over again?!"

Another thread that keeps getting posted over and over again is the "Show us your desktop wallpaper" thread. It's rediculous and stupid, and a new thread is started every hour!

LMAO! Damn people, use the "search" feature. That's what it's for, so we don't have reposts.

That's a quote from mztykal at this thread. I don't know if he feels as strongly as I do towards this topic, but he's on my level more so than the nefs that reside here.

A reason might be that the old discussion is too long, so a person on a 56k modem can't load it as fast to read all to responses there. So they just start a new thread. ;)
