Mods please dont let old timers get away w/ personal attacks

This n7 has in many occasions insulted me w/ name callings and personal attacks.
Are these old timers feeling privileged to insult a member?
Below is what he has said to me and according to the rules he should be banned.

I did not pinpoint a person but generalizing. This member is directing the insult at me personally. I didn?t know being critical of a chip justifies a person taking my generalized comments so personally to cause him/her the personal insults.
Basically you are saying this person can get away w/ it (even if the reply clearly show personal attack/insult)
Would it matter if I dig up more of his posts of same manner?

That thread is GOLD to support a motion to ban YOU, not n7.

You called all the helpful contributors to the hardware forums "wimps with 3-inch penises that are yellowing their panties after hearing about K8L's performance." :disgust: (Which is strange because there isn't ONE benchmark/statistic that reveals ANYTHING about its performance)

That is just wrong because
(1) You have the reputation of being an AEG-type viral-marketeer
(2) You pass your personal biased opinion to the not-so-knowledgeable as FACT.
(3) You have not once showcased any trace of rationale and clear thinking in these forums
(4) There isn't ONE person in this forum that respects/supports you
(5) You have NEVER supported your 'facts' with evidence. Instead, you switch topics and direct slurs at the people that actually spend all their free time helping out other computer enthusiasts
(6) You accused every guy with a Core 2 Duo of being an Intel fanboy that knows nothing about technology and jumped onto a bandwagon
(7) You have accused every hardware-review website of accepting bribes to plug Core 2 Duo...including Anand Lal Shimpi
(8) I am currently looking for the thread where you made derogatory remarks about Anand Lal Shimpi
