Do you know any of her personal interests?

You can always get her a nice picture frame or something and then put a picture in it as a joke. That's always a hit because the picture spices up the gift, but as long as it's a really nice frame, she can use it for her hubby's pic or whatever else she wants to stare at in the office. I'd steer away from gag gifts though...they were overused in the 80s and 90s....
