"Inquirer caught up on an intersting story today. I can't blame NVIDIA for this one I have to admit. As you know or might not know, NVIDIA is using a bridge chip (HSI) interface to make sure that PCI-Express work's nicely. ATI is using, according to them, is using a native solution. Ever since the beginning ATi has been throwing around dirt over NVIDIA for not using a native solution. That is true, I noticed that tone on the CeBIT back March when I had a meeting with them.

Now then, NVIDIA was getting a little tired of the BS and decided to take a RV380 and x-ray it. What did they find ? According to them a RV350 core plus a bolted bridge chip."

I don't care if ATI is dishonest.

ATI is now and has been since the release of the 9700pro the better graphics chip maker.

ATI is better and thats that.

The TROLLING from the fan boys just never ends here. Too bad. It has really ruined this forum.

Oldfart, I dont know if there is a generation gap or something with you, but this is what computer hardware forums are for these days. For people to argue over much useless BS. Its the new way. Didn't you know? :)

I don't particularly like the way this forum is either, but its overwhelmed by it. Nothing we can do. And I find myself drawn into things that I normally would not because the posts are just too stupid and I need to say something.
